Stress Management
 

We are all very much familiar with the word "stress". To most of us, “stress” is synonymous of worry. In simple terms, if there is something that makes you worry, then it is stress. When you remain continuously under stress, a stage of depression starts. To be more concise, it is a complex mix of emotional, physical and behavioural responses. Feeling "stressed out" is your body's way of saying, "I cannot cope with this challenging situation."



You will appreciate that today the life of every person and specially young businessmen and executives has become a never ending race against time, technology and targets. This rat race creates tension which leads to dissatisfaction and frustration. Eventually, it manifests itself into psychological and physiological stress with mental and emotional drain. Every passing day intensifies the stress leading to “Excessive Tension” and consequently deterioration in “Executives' Efficiency” and steep rise in the incidences of psychosomatic ailments, such as, anxiety, hypertension, asthma, arthritis, insomnia, ulcer, diabetes, heart disease and many other serious mental and physical ailments.

But, we are not here to discuss as to how the stress has affected our lives and what are its impacts. On the contrary, we would like to discuss with you as to how we can remain stress-free, healthy and enthusiastic towards our goals in a simple manner on a daily basis by way of using hidden positive power and becoming aware of Four Dimensional Superconscious Mind and its functioning.
